William Akerblom is a legal and policy extern at the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR). He is currently a 2L at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC. William graduated in 2023 from the American University School of International Service with a BA in international relations and a minor in history. During his undergraduate education, he conducted research and work regarding economic supply chains, and from a young age he has been passionate about working to ensure that international supply chains are legal and ethical. William strongly believes in corporate accountability and desires to do work that positively impacts human rights.
