Mannal Babar is a communications specialist at the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR). Before joining ICAR, Mannal has worked in the human rights and communications field in the non-profit sector. She co-founded her own organization in the Fall of 2019 to teach young women about financial literacy and to raise awareness on women’s issues in South Asia. She is also a freelance writer with published stories on women’s issues, environmental justice and works detailing the experiences of the South Asian diaspora.
