Karen Laska is a 3L at the University of Michigan Law School where she is a Senior Editor on the Michigan Law Review and has worked as a Student Attorney in Michigan Law’s Human Trafficking Clinic. Through this clinical experience and related courses in corporate social responsibility, she developed a strong interest in prevention of labor trafficking and other human rights abuses in supply chains, along with a legal interest in corporate accountability law. Prior to law school, she worked in the federal government in Washington, D.C. and was a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Slovakia. Karen holds a B.A. from West Virginia University in International Studies, World Languages (French), and Slavic Studies.
