Melissa Tuck serves as the Deputy Director, Admin and Operations for ICAR where she manages the financials, talent recruitment, fiscal sponsor relationship, and organizational development. Prior to joining ICAR, Melissa worked in the leadership department at America Votes nonprofit and spent several years working on campaigns in Virginia. Melissa is a proud graduate of George Mason University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations with a minor in Philosophy.
