Monique Howard is the Administrative Coordinator at the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR) where she assists the Deputy Director, Admin and Operations in managing the day to day operations and finances for the organization. Prior to joining ICAR, Monique worked at the Center for the Study of Social Policy in Washington, DC.  Monique is a graduate of Delaware State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
