Legal and Policy Intern
Moses Gobezie is currently a third-year law student at Howard University School of Law. Moses’ experience as an Ethiopian asylee has fueled his interest in the area of human rights and international accountability mechanisms. He is the treasurer of the African Law Students Association and has worked as a member of the Environmental Justice Clinic. Prior to working for ICAR, Moses served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Tanya S. Chutkan of the U.S. District of D.C. He also served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Judge Samuel McClendon at the D.C. Office of Administrative Hearings. Most recently Moses worked as a summer scholar law clerk at Armstrong, Donohue, Ceppos, Vaughan & Rhoades, Chtd.
