Caroline Dumoulin is a Legal and Policy Intern at the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR). She is a rising third-year law student at The George Washington University Law School and a member of GW Law’s International Law Review. Prior to joining ICAR, Caroline interned at the American Bar Association Center for Human Rights Justice Defenders program, where she worked on issues of arbitrary detention and freedom of expression in South and Southeast Asia. Caroline holds a B.S. in International Affairs and a B.A. in History from Florida State University.
